Estate‑grown in the cool‑climate Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, this vintage (88% Cabernet Sauvignon with 8% Malbec and 4% Cabernet Franc) showcases rich aromas of black cherry, plum and molasses, layered with hints of lavender and cedar.

On the palate it shows dense dark‑fruit flavours alongside touches of tobacco, black pepper and earthy richness, balanced by firm tannins and crisp acidity that promise both structure and elegance.  Ideal with grilled or braised red meats, such as beef or game.
