Domaine Serene “Coeur Blanc” White Pinot Noir 2020

Crafted from 100% estate‑grown Pinot Noir grapes from the Dundee Hills in Oregon, the Coeur Blanc 2020 is made by gentle whole‑cluster pressing of fully mature fruit so only the “white heart” juice is expressed. The wine is barrel‑fermented in French oak and aged on the lees, resulting in a sophisticated white wine with both Pinot‑Noir character and white‑wine elegance.

 

On the nose, expect aromas of white peach, lemon granita and chamomile. The palate offers crisp acidity, layered texture and flavours of nectarines, pistachio and saline minerality, finishing clean and deft.
