Corte Figaretto Amarone
Description
Crafted by Corte Figaretto in the Valpantena valley north of Verona, this Amarone arises from selected hillside vineyards with south‑facing exposures and calcareous clay soils.
3 Made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara (along with other local varieties), the grapes undergo a long appassimento (drying) period before vinification and aging in French oak for 24 months and a further six months in bottle.
The result is an intense wine in a deep ruby hue, offering aromas of ripe red fruits, spice and leather, with a full‑bodied yet graceful palate and long, elegant finish. Ideal for rich dishes such as game, braised meats or mature cheeses.
