A sumptuous expression of Valpolicella’s most cherished tradition, this vintage boasts a deep, almost opaque ruby hue and a rich, complex bouquet of ripe cherries, dark berries and praline‑like chocolate, layered with rhubarb, balsamic tobacco and subtle oriental spice.

On the palate the wine is powerful yet controlled, driven by firm tannins, a vivid core of dark fruit and a refreshing streak of acidity that balances its 15% ABV. It’s matured for about 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks, contributing structure and persistence.

Ideal paired with slow‑cooked game, braised beef, truffle‑rich dishes or aged cheese, this is a bold and elegant Amarone built for special occasions—or long term cellaring.
