A refined vintage from the family‑owned house of Louis Brochet in Écueil (Montagne de Reims), the Extra Blanc 2016 is a premier‑cru cuvée made from 100% Chardonnay. 

 

This extra‑brut wine (very low dosage) opens with bright citrus and white‑fruit aromas—think lemon zest and green apple—while the palate brings fresh minerality, crisp acidity and a clean, tensioned finish.

Ideal as an elegant aperitif or paired with delicate seafood and fine cheeses, it showcases bright purity with finesse and hallmark terroir expression.
