Bauchet Pere & Fils Premier Cru Memoire Brut

A distinguished vintage from Bauchet, Mémoire 2015 is crafted from approximately 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Aged for around five years on the lees before release, it offers refined complexity and elegance. 

 

Bright gold in the glass, the nose opens with pear, white‑summer fruits and a hint of chalky minerality, while the palate reveals baked bread, almond and subtle toast, carried by crisp acidity and a long, graceful finish.

This is a vintage Champagne of presence and finesse — ideal for fine dining or special celebrations.
